When will I receive my files?
Within one business day after Stripe confirms payment, by email to the address used at checkout. Delivery is not immediate. Check spam or promotions folders, or contact [email protected].
Is this a physical binder or a mobile app?
No. This is a digital product containing PDFs, spreadsheet files, guides and a license. Nothing is shipped. A computer with a compatible PDF reader is recommended for filling and saving the PDF; you can also print it.
Is it suitable for my household?
It is for someone who wants to write down household routines and record locations for a trusted person. It takes your own time and information to complete. It is not a replacement for a will, power of attorney, medical directive or professional advice.
