1. License & Usage

The $29 one-time purchase includes a Personal & Household Lifetime License. The permissions are:

• You MAY use, fill, save, and print your copy as often as you like, forever.
• You MAY give a completed copy to a family member, executor, caregiver, or other person you designate.
• You MAY NOT resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or re-license the blank templates.

2. Delivery of Goods

Stripe hosts checkout and confirms payment. During the initial fulfillment period, Quartet Foundry sends the reviewed files manually by email within one business day after confirmed payment. No public customer-download page is used.

3. Refund Terms

A 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to the digital purchase. Duplicate purchases are refunded automatically when identified. For a refund, unexpected charge, or download problem, contact [email protected]. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Quartet Foundry provides these organizational templates "as is." The product is an organizational aid, not legal, financial, estate, tax, or medical advice. Customers remain responsible for choosing storage appropriate for the sensitivity of their completed files.
