The Short Version

Quartet Foundry does not collect, track, or store any personal data you enter into The Family Ready File. You download blank files, fill them out on your own computer or print them on paper, and keep them 100% offline. We will never sell your email or track your personal life.

1. Information We Collect

When you purchase The Family Ready File, we collect only the minimal details necessary to process payment and deliver your files:

• Email address: To send your order receipt and digital download link.
• Billing details: Name and payment card details processed securely via our 256-bit encrypted payment processor. We never store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

Unlike cloud apps, we have zero visibility into:

• Any data, names, contacts, policy numbers, or inventory items entered into the PDF or Excel templates.
• Your completed files or saved documents.
• Passwords, account credentials, or financial statements.

3. Analytics & Cookies

We do not use invasive tracking pixels, ad networks, or cross-site user fingerprinting. Basic server logs record anonymous technical metrics (browser type, timestamp) strictly for server health and DDoS prevention.
